Steve "The Mind" M is still bogarting on an early forecast for GP2K7 (early? it is already Spring!!!) that calls for "consistent head high and better surf with light offshores. He promises to entertain bribes but has not yet delivered... he must want a juicier bribe this year. Meanwhile, George of the Jungle says, "It looks like we are going to have a very active hurricane season this year. Chances for good surf are excellent." Tropical Storm Contest coming here. GP2K7 Central returns to GPGittin'Tagether, located just south of the Avon Pier in Kinnakeet Shores, Avon (the first village north of Buxton, home of the Lighthouse). The cottage is located about 3 blocks south of Tranquility Base, the site of GP2K1.

Avon is centrally located between Rodanthe (25 minutes north) and Frisco (25 minutes south) and just 10 minutes north of Buxton.
