GP³2K11 Base is SonicC&T, located just south of the Avon Pier in Kinnakeet Shores, along Ocean View Drive, Avon (the first village north of Buxton, home of the Lighthouse).

This isn't Avon which is centrally located between Rodanthe (25 minutes north) and Frisco (25 minutes south) and just 10 minutes north of Buxton. Nasty Irene sent us northward to Nags Head, in the heart of commercial beach front land. We will manage!
