GP³2K9 Base is Casa Pride de Sur, located just south of the Avon Pier in Kinnakeet Shores, along Ocean View Drive, Avon (the first village north of Buxton, home of the Lighthouse).

Avon is centrally located between Rodanthe (25 minutes north) and Frisco (25 minutes south) and just 10 minutes north of Buxton.
