| As
for the GuidoPalooza report: Monday's sessions were the highlight of otherwise
mediocre swellage. As Kirk said there was enough energy for some longer
rides with room for a few turns. I had a blast on my shortest board, a
thicker 6'6". It's officially my board of choice now. Hell, I figure I
can longboard when I'm older. While I'm still in shape, may as well improve
my cuts and carves on the shorty.
Just wanted to thank Rod,
Foon, and KC for setting up the GP2K2 - I had a really good time. This
was actually my first vacation devoted entirely to surfing; it was nice
to be able to hit the lineup whenever you wanted and not have to worry
about other commitments. Monday's sessions were a blast - I was really
hoping to see an increase in size
