Spudnut,
Mt Woodge surfboards were named after a small hill out the back of Tugun on the Gold Coast (Australia). I used to know the guys working there when it was basically a backyard outfit, now it is a surf business.
I've seen photos of other Gold Coast fibreglass boards that look like boogieboards (probably from the 80s?). I don't think they were ever made in any quantity. If you find out the shapers name I might be able to tell you more.
