From what I hear, marine ply and standard ply are the same animal but the marine ply has waterproof glue, so if someone was to try steaming ply it would need to be the standard stuff. Or so I guess...
I wonder if the steaming is likely to damage the structural integrity of the ply or thats just part of the process.
Looking forward to seeing more pics of your build.
