There's a really great paipo and kneeboard video over at the KSUSA site, under video clips. It's footage from the 60's 70's narrarated by John Manss. Really excellent.

Very cool. On another day in '72 that could've been me on a 5'4" diamond tail John Mel kneeboard at Stockton Avenue!

I have too much to do today to spend that kind of time watching those videos...especially not over and over! Talk about priceless...not to mention well done as well.

oops. It was posted by Scott I think. But the site seems to be having some problems so I can't check the title. I think it was ..new clips, or new videos... posted on the 5th.

The WMV ran fine, no luck with the Quicktime version. Very nice footage. The thread:

The second video is a more of a documentary piece that I premiered with the contestants on the second night of the contest. It traces the early history of kneeboarding in Santa Cruz. It is also in two formats:
