I dont know if everyone already does this, but if you go to Alerts in Google and type in PAIPO, then every new time the word PAIPO appears across the internet, it will send you an email with a description of what the article or post is about.Because the word 'paipo' is so unique, it works well.

I use it so I can keep up with whats happening on various forums and also to keep up with blogs, manufacturers and any news stories.
In about an hour it will email me to notify me of this post.

One or two caveats, expand and subtract the search parameters:

paipo or bellyboard -smoke -smoking -cigarette

This way you will get either paipo or bellyboard entries but not the "paipo smoking/cigarette-related" Internet postings.
