today at the long board collector club get togather at Doheny state beach I met Tom Morrey father of all thoses boogers here are some pics MRMIKE

The bodyboard from ground zero is inside a custom board bag with a clear top so you can view the board without taking it out of the bag. The newspaper is the outer skin of the board. I can't believe I forgot to ask him if the board had a nickname.
While looking at Mr. Mike's wood paipos, Tom commented, "these are the best boards here today." Quite a complinent considering the scope and range of boards at Doheny that day.
The white board I'm holding was a plug for a model that didn't go into production. Not an easy board to photograph. You can't see the nose handle or belly well on the deck view. Mike, didn't you also take a bottom photo? |
