I will be in the area of Satellite Beach, Dec 8-13, if any paipo riders want to show off their boards and waves. Coming down with a shortboarding buddy of mine and staying at another buddy's place.

Cool! Rod, I live In Indian Harbour Beach, just on the south side of Satellite. I'll be picking up my new paipo this Saturday, if all goes as planned. Larry Pope just told me this morning that he thinks he'll have it ready for me by then. It's 4'10", and basically a Lis fish paipo adaptation, with twin keel fins. I am SO STOKED. I designed it, and it was shaped by Tom Neilson, who also made some suggestions while we were in the shaping bay.

I'll be out of town Dec. 2nd through the 5th, and again around Christmas, but otherwise I'll be around. It would be great to meet you and ride together!

I'll probably bring the Flying Disk, but who knows... with Southwest Airlines I might be able to travel with both boards.

Thanks for the reminder Wink I'm PM'd Tim. Lookign forward to meeting Tumak and his collection (including his paipo boarding wife). Turns out we know a mutual friend fromt he area, Jane, from alt.surfing (although I only know her virtually).
